Andy and Gay have been serving (for the IMB) as Directors of the Hampton Guest House in Nairobi, Kenya since February of this year. On June 24th Andy hurt his back. He is in tremendous pain and on July 4 they will start a 36 hr. trip to Dallas for treatment there. Please intercede for God's perfect plan for both of them.

My nephew, whom we prayed for during his two tours in Iraq, died in his sleep Friday night. Please pray for his parents, Tim & Dina Talbert (my brother & sister-in-law), his son Dylan (whom we prayed for during several surgeries) - age 2, his daughter Layla - age 1, and his step-son Christian - age 8. Services are Thursday at 10 am in Groves TX

Six month check up shows no change in my daughter's brain tumor. It is not cancer and they give it a 50% chance of ever changing. They will check her again in a year. God is great. Thank you for your prayers. Keep praying.

She is making progress and is at week 5 of her recovery from her leg injury (5-18-08) and surgery (5-22-08). She has physical therapy at her home two times a week and spends much time with God in His Word. Thanks for continuing to pray for full recovery.

After several good reports, Greg reported that the doctors recently found 3 new cancerous tumors in his brain. Greg is depressed. Praise God for the successful surgery on Rod's back, biopsy result hasn't come out yet and so with colonoscopy result, pray for God's favor. Thank you watchmen for the prayers.
Please pray for complete healing on Rod's back surgery last Thurs. Pray that the result of Biopsy would be good even for the x-ray and that he can go back to work with less pain. Also pray for his upcoming Colonoscopy this coming Thurs. Thank you prayer warriors.

From his dad: Right now he is doing fine, he is awake and he already started to eat. This will take for a while for him to recover. He wanted to play tennis, but obviously it is impossible, but that indicates that he is feeling every day better. Thanks for your praying.
Pray for this boy who is having surgery 6/25 for an organ transplant (liver or kidney, not sure which). He is visiting from Mexico and is a tennis student of my husband's. Catholic family is concerned about the outcome.

Anthony Truax is in the military- stationed in Iraq. His ex-wife continues to make it difficult on his parents to see their grandson. There is still MUCH hurt all around. Anthony is on a dangerous mission. Please Lord, put a hedge of protection around him and ALL US military. Let the enemy turn on itself. Cause USA to give YOU the praise!
Fellow Chevron employee's son is getting a divorce and has a young child. The child's mother is filing charges to prevent him or his parents from visiting the boy. There is alot of hurt all around.

More Good news from the doctors this morning. They took pictures of his Lungs and Trachea & everything looks normal. He has classic Laryngomalacia which is a fancy word for weak larynx. The epiglottis is a little too big for his throat right now. He will evetually grow into the oversized epiglottis. Praise God! Thanks for all your prayers.
Tucker was be born with Spina Bifida. At birth he had what is called a myelomeningocele. In regular words, part of Tucker's spine was born on the outside of his back. On his "birth"day he had closure surgery is having shunt placement surgery this afternoon.

They have found a 5.1 cm nodule on her thyroid that is displacing her trachea. More tests today & tomorrow, then meeting with a physician on Wednesday afternoon to discuss treatment options.
Please pray for good results from medical tests done yesterday.
